Nong Horm, a pit bull, bravely saved her owners by attacking a venomous snake in their garden in Pathum Thani, central Thailand. Sadly, she lost her life to the snake’s deadly venom while protecting her family. Her heroic act will always be remembered.
When Nong Horm was heavily pregnant, she bravely faced off against a monocled snake, known for its deadly venom. Even though the snake was already weak, her pitbull bit it on the mouth, causing the venom to spread rapidly and ultimately lead to its demise.
The family was powerless to intervene when the incident took place. Suriyon Chanthakhet, the owner, expressed deep remorse as he recounted what had happened. “Our beloved dog lost her life while shielding us from the snake. It breaks my heart to think about how much pain she must have endured,” he lamented, tears streaming down his face.
